This kit with 90 degree service ports works well for installations that include a Sanden SD7B10 compressor with a manifold or block that orients the ports horizontally. Although this is a universal hose kit, we encourage you to take advantage of our revolutionary new fitting exchange program. Every hose kit includes an exchange form and a pre-addressed exchange envelope. Simply fill out the form, return any of the fittings in the kit and we will exchange them for you. You provide the postage to us and we will provide the postage back to you. With this program, you can start with a universal kit and make it specific to your installation.

Pure Stealth Reduced Barrier Fittings are coated with our proprietary ceramic coating that is engineered to withstand the crimping process. The coating is extremely durable but it can be scratched. Care should be taken during the crimping and installation process to prevent damaging the coating.

Measure and cut your Pure Stealth braided reduced barrier hose or standard reduced barrier hose to the correct length. Slide the Pure Stealth Reduced Barrier fitting onto the hose until it bottoms out in the crimp collar. Clock or index the fitting so that it is oriented in the appropriate direction. Cut the supplied crimping strip to length so that it wraps all of the way around around the crimp barrel of your fitting and secure it with a short length of masking tape.

Using the correct reduced barrier crimping dies, center the crimp barrel in the dies and fully execute the crimping process.

Remove the crimped fitting from the crimper and remove the crimping cloth. Lubricate the O-ring and the threads on the fitting and your hose is ready for installation.
