Nothing looks worse in a well-detailed engine compartment than a mismatched array of hoses and fittings. Pure Stealth is the solution and Pure Stealth E-Z Clip makes it simple.

Pure Stealth E-Z Clip Fittings are coated with our proprietary ceramic coating that is extremely durable but it can be scratched. Care should be taken during the assembly and installation process to prevent damaging the coating.

Measure and cut your Pure Stealth Nylon Braided E-Z Clip or standard E-Z Clip hose to the correct length. Slide the supplied heat shrink tube onto the hose along with both of the supplied E-Z Clip clips. Apply a drop of the suppied PAG oil onto the two viton o-rings on the fitting nipple. Slide the Pure Stealth E-Z Clip fitting into the hose until it bottoms out against the raised collar. Snap the supplied cage onto the fitting as pictured. Slide the two clips over the cage so that they are located in the recessed depressions on the cage. This insures that the clips are aligned directly over the viton o-rings.

Use E-Z Clip pliers to squeeze the clips together until you hear them click. When using our Pure Stealth Braided Nylon E-Z Clip Hose, it may be necessary to use a vise to apply adequate pressure on the pliers.

Slide the heat shrink tube over the cage and clips and use a heat gun or pen torch to shrink it over the assembly.

We suggest orienting the two bumps on the clips away from the line of sight. Lubricate the o-ring and threads on the fitting with the supplied PAG oil and it is ready for installation.
